Return and refund will come in the form of either a credit on the account, or a check payable to the customer.
Returns:
DSL modems may be returned for a 50% credit of the purchase price as long as it tests out in working order.
Refunds:
Refund of Web Hosting, Colocatoin, Dedicated Server, and DSL service will be provided on a case by case basis.
